Task Lead

Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeen are looking for a Task Lead (Project Engineer) for a brownfield maintenance and modifications contract, this role is inside of IR35.Responsibilities:Provision of Task Lead engineering services to Company Engineering department to enable; Required activities to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of assigned project scopes to acceptable company standardProgress reporting as required for assigned project scopesCompliance with policy, process, and regulationsProject awareness of risks and mitigating actionsPromotion of compliance with company Health & Safety standardsLead / participate in meetings as required to deliver the contracted scope of workWe think you should hve: Knowledge and experience of Planning, Costing and Estimating within a project environmentProficient in at least two of the Project Controls key functionsHighly numerateExperienced in delivery of high service quality to key customersDemonstrable experience within the project delivery environmentDemonstrable team leadershipCritical understanding of operator business drivers10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry, 5 years of which must be in Senior Project engineering roleAbility to interface with different project groups containing technical and support personnel Good analytical skillsWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining andManufacturingsectors worldwide.
