We are seeking an outstanding and experienced TAS teacher with a strong academic background to join our highly successful TAS Faculty for a full-time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2025.

About You St Clare's is seeking an educator who is innovative, future-focused, and has a passion for working collaboratively. The successful applicant will be an experienced Technology and Applied Studies teacher with the capacity to teach across the Technology and Applied Studies syllabus, including the Mandatory Technology course, implementation of digital technologies, mixed materials and engineered systems in Stage 4 and the necessary qualifications and experience to teach Stage 5 & 6 Textiles & Design or Design & Technology and Stage 5 & 6 Food Technology. A willingness to be trained in Stage 6 VET Hospitality would also be advantageous.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of all students utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences show experience in teaching Stage 5 & 6 Food Technology show experience in teaching either Stage 5 & 6 Textiles and Design or Design & Technology demonstrate willingness to train in Stage 6 VET Hospitality demonstrate confidence in the use of Adobe Creative Suite. You will have attained:
