This hands-on role will involve you in the key aspects of our vibrant residential and commercial construction business. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role focus will be to manage project progress, control quality, liaise with the office team and tradies, order materials, and supervise labour and site safety for our projects.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage subcontractors to execute a project on time, within budget, and to high standards Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and safety on site Liaise between client, sub-contractor, and office team Daily reporting to the Construction Manager Analysis of complex structures, such as multi-level buildings Skills and Experience:
