Job Description: Two (2) Full Time Positions available Salary $69,000 p/a About the Role As the Talent Support, you will be supporting your colleagues in their Talent Partner roles to deliver a new end-to-end, value-add internal recruitment service to our St Vincent's hiring managers and candidates alike.
Although these roles will work hand in hand with our entire TA team and P&C colleagues, the successful applicants will have a key focus on supporting the pre-employment part of our recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience, reviewing job applications, interview coordination, inbox management, process guidance and education, and supporting our team to provide a fast and efficient service across the TA remit.
Reporting to the Talent Lead in your portfolio, you will work within a hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home and on-site with our frontline teams to support as best we can.

About You Demonstrated high-level administration, customer service, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, very confident using all Microsoft programs (Excel is essential), Teams, Outlook, and pre-employment portals Alignment with our company values and mission A knack for identifying process improvements within recruitment Pre-employment processing experience – national criminal history checks, collating identification, working rights, reference checks, vaccination requirements, qualifications, NDIS checks, and so on Willing to obtain or provide a valid National Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) What We Can Offer You Competitive Salary Packaging – Increase your take-home pay!
