Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Talent Specialist Consultant - Principals and Senior Leaders The Talent Specialist Consultant provides holistic talent advice and support for the recruitment, selection, and appointment of Principals and Senior Leaders at Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA). This role focuses on sourcing high-calibre candidates and leading talent activities to promote and manage internal mobility and address workforce challenges. Guided by the system's strategic directions and Quality Catholic Education (QCE), you will be integral in attracting, engaging, selecting, and assessing candidates. Key Responsibilities Develop and apply a deep understanding of the unique context of each school communities. Deliver initiatives tailored to the CEWA context, operating inclusively and respectfully. Relationship Building: Foster relationships with school leaders, CEWA stakeholders, and external partners. Establish talent pools through internal and external networks and other Catholic organisations. Communication: Lead talent activities with timely updates. Provide recruitment advice and support for Senior Leaders and Executives. Share best practices and talent information within the HR team. Strategic Sourcing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Principal and Senior Leader positions. Utilise technology and proactive sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines. Participate in workforce and succession planning. Process Improvement: Prioritise tasks strategically to meet demands. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile working practices. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, legislative requirements and organisational policies and procedures. Values and Compliance: Promote social inclusion and diversity in hiring. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Support a child-safe culture and uphold CEWA's key initiatives. Selection Criteria To be considered for this role you will be a highly organised individual, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will seamlessly combine your skills in recruiting and selecting talent, with developing and maintaining relationships, delivering an exceptionally high level of service to senior stakeholders. It is a requirement of the role to work towards and obtain Accreditation to Work at the Catholic Education Office, and that you are prepared to support to the Catholic ethos in the performance of your duties. Conditions and Benefits This is a full-time, ongoing position in the Human Resources arm of our People and Culture directorate, based out of the West Leederville Office. The position commences as soon as practicable.
