About the role The Senior Intelligence Analyst applies expertise in making assessments and predictions to support decision making through a variety of tasks from tactical intelligence functions to strategic reporting on threats and challenges to NSW Police Force. This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months. Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months. There is no guarantee of employment as a result of this Talent Pool. Target Question 1: As an Intelligence Analyst in the NSW Police Force, you are responsible for making assessments and predictions to support decision-making. Describe when you have applied intelligence concepts, research and analytical skills to plan and deliver an assessment, report or project to meet a business need.
Target Question 2: Provide an example of a project and/or an investigation which you have undertaken in a team environment. What was your role within the team and how did you ensure the team worked in a collaborative manner; and what research and analytical tools were utilised to achieve the desired outcome.
