Our Talent & Pathways Advisor is responsible for end to end recruitment including attraction and sourcing through to onboarding, and provides coaching and advice to leaders and employees.
About you You are an experienced recruiter with a savvy ability to identify top talent. You are passionate about matching the right person with the right opportunity, and:
Build strong relationships, acting as a trusted expert driving best practice in attraction and retention.Are skilled at managing high volume recruitment whilst balancing competing priorities, and consistently deliver a great people experience.Confidently communicate with and understand the needs of hiring leaders and job seekers.Are proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite and PageUp and have a keen eye for detail.About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who thrives in a fast paced and supportive team environment, focused on creating an exceptional people experience. You will:
Manage and coordinate the recruitment of a range of positions across Huon including our Freshwater Hatcheries, Marine Operations, Processing Factories, and Corporate team.Partner with leaders to design recruitment processes from launching attraction campaigns and targeted advertisements through to delivering offers and driving a smooth onboarding experience.Attend job fairs and expos and facilitate career talks at community events and schools, providing career and pathway advice and Huon employment opportunities on offer.Hold a current Driver's Licence and be willing and available to travel to sites for interviews and tours as required.Benefits of joining Huon As part of the Huon family, you will receive:
