This isn't your average recruitment gig, you'll dive into the full talent management lifecycle, from attracting and acquiring top talent to workforce management.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll recruit the best for our restaurants and support office, all while driving exciting talent projects and initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing: Be a Grill'd Guru: Be a business partner to our Operations team to recruit leaders for our restaurants.
Use your pro-active and strategic sourcing skills to find the perfect Restaurant Managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
You'll be flipping through resumes faster than we flip burgers!
Office All-Star: Collaborate with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide top-notch recruitment guidance.
Project Powerhouse: Help deliver key talent initiatives by cooking up some awesome projects.
Work cross-functionally with the broader People team to bring these initiatives to life as well as participate in large volume recruitment drives for seasonal Team Member hiring.
Flip the Recruitment Script: We like to do things differently at Grill'd so be prepared to help create WOW experiences in everything that we do.
What We're Looking For: Recruitment Rockstar: You've mastered the full recruitment menu, whether you've cooked up your skills in-house or at an agency.
You're not shy about approaching candidates directly, and your ability to grill up hires at a fast pace is key.
