About the Role: As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. You'll lead a dedicated team, implement effective processes, and contribute directly to the success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods safely and efficiently. Lead and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and safety. Implement and maintain systems, policies, and procedures to streamline operations. Coordinate inventory management, stocktakes, and accurate record-keeping. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers. About you: Proven experience in a similar warehouse management role. Strong leadership skills with a focus on creating a positive and safe workplace.
