The Role: People & Culture requires a self-motivated and experienced assistant to support our busy Talent Acquisition team.
The Talent Onboarding Administrative Assistant (TOAA) will be responsible for the administrative function of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes at Northern Health.
The ultimate aim of this position is to facilitate a seamless, efficient, and positive onboarding experience for candidates and hiring managers across Northern Health.
This is a Fixed Term appointment covering a Maternity Leave position until February 2026.
To be successful in this role you will have: Facilitated a successful end-to-end recruitment process, including responsibility for all new starter documentation paperwork.Experience in providing P&C Recruitment onboarding support to Hiring Managers and New Employees at all levels.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.Experience working in a dynamic and changing work environment.Preferable use and knowledge of the Success Factors online recruiting system and applicant tracking database.Experience in an advisory or administrative role, preferably within a recruitment and employment capability.Strong phone, email, communication, and customer service skills.Next Steps: If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
