In this role, you will see the deployment of the employer brand strategy across the candidate journey and employee lifecycle, ensuring Bupa's purpose shines at every touchpoint. You'll be recognised as the SME in digital, employer branding and recruitment marketing campaign initiatives.
Key to your success will be educating internal audiences on best practice, staying abreast of recruitment marketing trends and the ability to operationalise the existing EVP in a way that is targeted and compelling to talent.

Reporting into the Head of Employer Brand APAC, this is a newly created, permanent full-time role that will ideally be based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements.
How will you make an impact? Key accountabilities include:
Partner with the Head of Employer Brand and team in the deployment of the existing EVP/brand strategy, including identifying and evolving all brand touch points across the employee lifecycle.Develop innovative and effective candidate attraction and engagement strategies and tactics for key talent segments across career-related channels, such as website, social, job boards, media, and CRM.Partner with the Head of Employer Brand and Strategic Sourcing team on support and activation of talent sourcing strategies.Develop content and collateral in house and via agencies for strategy and campaign activation.Build relationships with key stakeholders in your team and across the business, and work closely with cross functional teams.Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team and across the People Team to design strategic sourcing strategies, frameworks and processes that create an outstanding and personalised candidate experience.What do I need? Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, preferably in a corporate environmentA passion in digital marketing, including the development of social media and content strategiesA sound understanding of recruitment marketing best practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work collaboratively, and manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholdersAbility to influence and coach team members in the area of expertiseAbility to work with data to drive quality decision making #J-18808-Ljbffr
