This hands-on role requires you to be a candidate experience expert for head office positions while also being the mastermind behind our retail recruitment strategy, with multiple new store openings on track for 2025!

Manage the end-to-end recruitment for head office roles Create and deliver the talent strategy for our new store openings Continue to experiment with our recruitment processes.
Manage our tech stack like a pro DJ, always ready to drop the latest features!
Team up with the Operations team to spot internal talent and create pipelines of future leaders Be a data wizard, conjuring up reports and insights for the CEO & senior leaders on the successes and challenges we are facing as a talent team Lead key strategic talent acquisition projects like a boss, ensuring any changes are implemented smoother than our signature lattes!
Qualifications You're confident in brewing up talent strategies in a volume environment, handling applicants faster than we can serve Frappucinos.
