About the Role Join the BOQ Group in an exciting period of growth for our culture, talent and capability team.
As our Talent Management Partner, you'll lead the design, implementation and embedment of Talent Management approaches that help BOQ Group identify, attract, develop and retain talent aligned to our   strategic direction and cultural aspirations.
In this role you'll be a key player in nurturing a workforce that's not just skilled, but also passionate about building social capital through banking.
This position will require you to strategically partner across the business, to design and deliver talent solutions and initiatives that support selection, retention and succession for critical talent cohorts.
We'll be looking for your expertise and direction in programs such as early careers, high-potential middle leaders and future skills planning with the expectation that you'll consult across People & Culture to embed these approaches.
All of these initiatives are driven towards driving strong commercial outcomes for the bank and preparing the workforce for the next phase of our digital transformation.

We're on the lookout for someone who's experienced in talent management and business partnering.
This role will naturally fit someone with an organisational psychology background or someone who can demonstrate their experience in the design and embedment of commercially focused, pragmatic talent management programs in a mid to large sized organisation.
You're resourceful, always ready to dive in and find the information you need, and you're not fazed by a bit of uncertainty.
Your communication skills are top-notch, both in writing and in person, and you approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.
