The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is an independent statutory authority responsible for preparing and conducting criminal prosecutions in Victoria on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Matters prosecuted by the DPP and the OPP involve serious crimes or matters that are of significance to the fair and effective operation of the Victorian criminal justice system. The OPP consists of the Solicitor for Public Prosecutions and a staff of approximately 475 providing legal and corporate support to the DPP, the Chief Crown Prosecutor and Crown Prosecutors in the exercise of their independent roles in the criminal justice system. Talent Lead, People & Culture Full Time, Ongoing The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) has an opportunity to join our People & Culture team in the newly created Talent Lead role A successful incumbent will be accountable to deliver an effective recruitment service in line with the OPP's talent plan with a focus on impactful campaigns and the development of standards and processes that support a positive candidate experience. The incumbent will participate in broader talent programs that support internal career outcomes. About the Role: The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing effective differentiated recruitment campaigns for roles at all levels, and early career activities including, careers fairs and on campus activities, seasonal clerkship and legal traineeship programs; Manage end-to-end recruitment, providing support to hiring managers and ensuring processes are run in a timely manner; and Building strong working relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholder to plan and coordinate recruitment requirements.
