About The Role Our client is seeking the engagement of an APS6 Integration Manager to support a hands-on technical and managing role within the Commission, responsible for designing, developing, and managing our enterprise integration. You will lead a team to collaborate with ICT and their stakeholders, determine requirements, and prioritize the delivery of enterprise integration.
Key responsibilities will include: Provide technical leadership on solutions planning, collaborating with relevant application experts and providing input to solution designs. Engage with risk in a positive and transparent way to achieve the Commission's strategic objectives. Lead an integration team to analyze business processes and requirements, apply initiatives, and contribute to improve integration solutions. Establish and monitor connections between cross-functional applications utilizing Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capabilities. Support in testing activities, including integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing. Mandatory Skills and Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration patterns, best practices, and automation to deliver integration solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and interact in an effective way, communicating information coherently and concisely to a diverse audience and to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience in developing integration services on the Workato platform. Experience working within project management frameworks. ICT qualification and certifications.
