THE ROLE
This is an entry-level role; however, you will have the rare opportunity to be out on the road in a field sales position from the start. You will be selling our client's range of hydraulics hose and Industrial fluid component solutions to B2B customers in the OEM and end-user space (Mechanics, manufacturing, etc.).
You will be managing a territory in Ballarat and the surrounding suburbs. Your primary objective in your first year is to LEARN. You will be given extensive product and sales training from a true global leader in their space.
You will be focused on upselling and getting more from existing accounts while hunting for new business. You will be working closely with the National Sales Manager who will provide you further training and mentorship.
THE CANDIDATE
This could be a great role for a candidate fresh out of university who is looking for their first shot in a B2B sales role. Alternatively, you may be working in a retail sales environment and are now looking for your first shot at B2B sales. You might be working in hospitality and are now looking to progress into a corporate position. Potential candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to problem-solve and solution-sell is vital. Seeking someone who is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient. You will be driven by achieving success and making excellent money. You will be rewarded with a competitive package with a base salary of up to $60k + FMV + Super + Laptop and a generous bonus structure where you can earn up to 20k.
