Key Responsibilities Generating and consolidating bill of quantities. Obtaining contractor quotations through contact. Preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to source competitive quotes and maintain strong relationships. Monitoring project budgets and providing regular updates to stakeholders. What We're Looking For: High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
