Join us and become a Heartist.Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting and collaborating with our team to ensure successful planning and implementation of a broad range of people practices and company programs.For the right candidate, hours and location will be considered.
We are open to looking at full-time or part-time, and the role can be based at Novotel Devonport or in Hobart between Mövenpick Hotel and Ibis Styles.ALL about the role – what you'll be doing:Advise management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Support the end-to-end life cycle across areas of recruitment, onboarding, workers compensation, visa processing, performance management, professional development, and WHS.Coach, guide, and provide advice and assistance on a range of workplace issues and best practice people management.Support people events such as performance management, salary reviews, people development, succession planning, and talent reviews.Maintain HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Assist in developing and delivering HR projects, programs, and initiatives.Continuous improvement in Talent & Culture processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.QualificationsALL about you:2-3 years experience in the HR field.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multiple sites.Solid solution-finding ability.An understanding of HIGA, and the ability to interpret HR-related industrial instruments, WHS, and legislative knowledge.The ability to create meaningful connections and high trust with our teams.Innovation, creative flair, and enthusiasm for driving engagement activities.The ability to work independently, managing multiple conflicting priorities.A self-motivated individual who thrives having the freedom in how you do your job.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Additional InformationWhat is in it for you?ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!Family & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services, and events for those who mean the most to you.Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide stays."Learn Your Way" with a sophisticated modern training platform, which offers a constantly expanding database of free, industry-focused training.Be part of a dynamic hotel environment with a supportive and fun team.Recognition of service anniversaries and Accor Tenure Milestones.#J-18808-Ljbffr
