Job Description This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.
Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner Create and update employee data records in the system Create personal files and assist with general filing Prepare various letters and communication to employees Prepare monthly employee newsletter Organise and execute employees' social, learning & development, and recreational activities Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees Assist colleagues will all HR-related queries and questions Conduct and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires Manage resignation and clearance procedures Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with and departments and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelors's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline Previous experience in a similar capacity Excellent communication and time management skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and HRIS Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
