Talent & Culture Coordinator (12 Month Parental Leave Cover)

Job Description We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to support the HR function for four Accor hotels across Tasmania and Victoria. For the right candidate, hours and location will be considered. This is a part-time role, up to 24 hours a week; however, we are open to full-time hours for the right candidate.

ALL About The Role – What You'll Be DoingSupport Department Heads in recruitment and assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.Prepare and manage employee contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.Act as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.Support the team in handling employee relations issues.Support with the organisation of employee engagement activities.Administer the Accor online training platform and maintain accurate records.Assist in the coordination of the ongoing implementation and management of the staff performance review program.Assist in the constant improvement of HR procedures and management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
