Job DescriptionOur Talent and Culture Business Partner will provide an advisory service and play a critical role in the development and implementation of the people plan. You will support the business in achieving its strategic goals through increased operating performance, improved employee engagement, developing and focusing on people capability, and providing effective change management.
You will leverage your strong knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles, as well as your familiarity with employment law in Australia. Your project management skills will be vital as you lead initiatives and foster collaboration among various departments.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
