You will leverage your strong relationship, interpersonal, and organisational skills to support the delivery of projects in an effective way.What you offerBachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, business or related field, with demonstrated experience gained within either a Talent, Organisational Development or HR role.Strong analytical skills in your ability to compile, analyse and interpret data, translating them into actionable insights.Experience in project management, preferably in performance and promotions cycles or HR projects.Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and stakeholders, including bringing a global mindset to have an impact across different regions and cultures.Confident in your written and verbal abilities, including proficiency in MS office products such as Excel and PowerPoint, allowing you to effectively communicate information.Innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
