We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team based out of our Brisbane CBD office.
Ideally, you will have experience recruiting for hospitality roles as well as managing bulk recruitment. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a multitasking environment, be highly resilient, and adapt quickly.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation which includes travelling onsite to our villages on an ADHOC basis. If you're passionate about finding the right people to drive organisational success, we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.Utilise various recruitment channels including professional networks, industry events, social media, and employee referrals.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly resilient and ability to multitask.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational & time management skills.An understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical or hard-to-fill roles.Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly.ABOUT US Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.
