The Talent Advisor role will provide recruitment expertise in a fast-growing technology business. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and on-boarding talent as well as supporting and fostering our positive work culture. The main responsibilities include: Resourcing and recruitment: including advertising roles, sourcing, screening, reference checking, and creation of employment contracts. Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specialized roles.On-boarding of new hires: including new hire forms, HR entry, developing and coordinating the onboarding plan, arrangements for hardware and desk along with welcome messages.Everyday HR management: including keeping policies updated, managing leave, adjustment letters for staff, ensuring compliance with HR legislation, employee rewards, running social committees, updating organization charts, position descriptions, tracking staff milestones (including work anniversaries), and OH&S requirements.RequirementsSkills and attributes: Degree in Human Resources or Technology Information.3+ years' experience in HR, including 12 months in internal recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.Experience working in the technology industry, must have worked for a technology distributor and recruited for highly specialized technical roles across a range of verticals.Experience recruiting for technical roles within the healthcare vertical.Understanding of HR legislation and regulations in Australia.Experience with ERP, ideally Net Suite and Recruitment Software, ideally Zoho.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Energetic and collaborative approach with the ability to interact with Directors and Senior Leaders.Excellent organization skills with a keen eye for detail.Time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.About Wavelink We are a forward-thinking technology company that sells a bespoke portfolio of technology solutions. The ability to work from our office located in Hawthorn, Victoria is required. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 dependent on experience.
