We are keen to hire an enthusiastic and relationship focused Talent Advisor to join our customer centric team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Talent Advisor, you will form a key part of our team helping deliver a better customer hiring experience to our valued candidates and hiring managers.

About You:Your unwavering motivation and relationship-focused approach will drive your success.
To excel in this role, you possess:• 2-6 years of professional work experience in client-facing, customer-centric roles, preferably within the IT industry.• Your previous experience has given you an understanding of the hiring and/or recruitment process.• A natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and positively influence others.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect with professionals and understand their career aspirations.• An ability to be accountable to manage a process from start to finish, owning each stage and delivering tangible outcomes.• Proficiency in various business software tools (CRM's etc), and ability to diagnose and solve problems is required.
You are known for being 'tech-savvy' and having a common sense approach to work (and life).• A self-motivated and proactive mindset that fuels your ability to deliver results.
You like to take initiative, have an inner competitive streak, and are getting better at focusing your time and efforts on what is really important.• A Bachelor's degree (level or higher) ideally in IT, Commerce, Marketing or a related field; or relevant qualifications that demonstrate your expertise.
Your educational background adds depth to your understanding of the IT industry and the skills required for various roles.• A track record of thriving in team environments and achieving collective goals through collaboration and synergy.
