About the Role:
Join this People and Culture Team at one of our Local Council clients and continue to shine! We are seeking a Talent Co-ordinator for a newly created, 9-month temporary position based in Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs.
This position is a full-time office-based opportunity with the classification of General Officer, Level 3, salary range - $50-$60 per hour + super. Please note there is no working from home entitlements for this vacancy with the hours - 8:30am - 5pm w/ 45-minute lunch break. This position is to commence immediately however we are happy to wait a notice period for the right candidate.
The Duties:
This role is pivotal in supporting key human resource functions and managing the employment life-cycle, including:
Preparing employee documents, letters, and correspondence Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities Managing end-of-employment processes Updating and maintaining personnel records, database systems, and reports. Additionally, the Talent Co-ordinator will assist with payroll administration duties as needed. About You:
We are looking for a candidate with 6-12 months of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to juggle competing tasks, and impeccable communication skills are essential to keep the team on track. Given the sensitive nature of the role, a high level of maturity and the ability to uphold confidentiality at all times are crucial.
