The Talent Acquisition team brings our purpose to life through innovation in recruitment, strategic sourcing and workforce strategy. We seamlessly combine technical expertise and strategic insight to provide exceptional guidance to our stakeholders.
Leverage the knowledge you've acquired in recruitment and talent strategy to tackle new challenges, with ample support and opportunities for growth along the way. We collaborate with business leaders to source exceptional talent for the firm.
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Strategy, you'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Strategic sourcing, building innovative strategies to pipeline, attract and engage talent;Leadership, to help inspire and drive productivity whilst lifting the capability of your team;Talent assessment to identify and measure proficiency of key skills, both technical and non-technical, as we look to align our future workforce with business strategy;Data and analytics to help inform both the strategic direction of the go to market approach as well as articulating and informing workforce demands.In our Workforce Strategy team, your impact will be seen through:
Collaboration with other Talent Acquisition Leaders to help drive One Firm initiatives;Challenging our ways of working to help drive greater innovation through curiosity of AI and technology automation;Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and partnering across other People & Culture functions to help meet business and people needs;Coaching and developing a talented high performing Talent Acquisition team across two business lines.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
