We are looking for someone who can build high trust relationships with stakeholders, up to and including Executive leaders.
You will be able to achieve this through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to guide and influence to achieve outcomes, and underpinned by your market knowledge and demonstrated excellent service delivery.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:In this role you will take responsibility for hiring the summer vacation and graduate programmes as well as Scholarship students.
The role may include a small amount of interstate travel to attend university careers fairs (likely in March / April).
You will work with functional leaders and guide them through our structured student campaign, with workload peaking in August-November period with interviews, due diligence and offers period.Some of the typical duties include:Working with the business to establish requirements for volume of hiring by discipline.Creating Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors, and advertising across multiple platforms, including multiple external sites (UniHub, GradConnect, Prospel etc).Coordinating shortlisting and screening activities with multiple stakeholders across the business.Managing bulk interviews over a condensed period, and coordinating business leaders to attend the interviews.Leading and coordinating bulk Due Diligence for volume of candidates.Leading bulk offers to volume of candidates.Working with our Workforce Admin team for offers and onboarding.Close out and feedback to unsuccessful candidates.The role supports the integration of our Scholarship students into required roles.We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with the business, is comfortable engaging with stakeholders up to and including executive level, and will be a DE&I champion.The successful candidate will be able to display:An experienced recruiter who can demonstrate strong abilities managing end-to-end recruitment with a collaborative style.A background in sourcing for diverse candidates in a tight market, with strong experience in delivering student / graduate campaigns.Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes due to a reasonable amount of administration and coordination in the role.A commitment to diversity, and unwavering values of inclusion, respect and integrity.Knowledge of a range of white-collar professional roles (e.g.
engineering, project controls, finance, legal etc.)
