Develop strong relationships with all of your stakeholders to understand their work focus, as well as the culture and personalities of the teams. Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Negotiation of offers of employment, conducting background checks and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience. Attend stand-ups to ensure that stakeholders are kept informed Suggest improvement on our recruitment process to ensure efficiency happens regularly. About you: 3+ years of internal talent acquisition or agency experience Experience recruiting a range of positions, at all levels junior through to Senior Management. Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and different technologies for recruitment Superior reputation in candidate experience and a solid track record of successful hires who fit for long-term company success.
