A talent acquisition specialist is required for an immediate start - temporary to permanent opportunity.
Our client is in the midst of transformation and change due to growth, which has created the opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join the team.
You will act as a strategic sourcing partner to your hiring managers and be actively involved in shaping the efficiencies and systems to proactively create best practice in talent acquisition.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Hiring Managers to comprehend their manpower plans for the future and utilise data and analytics to forecast future requirements Tailor recruitment strategies to support the required portfolio Creation of talent pipelines for current and future requirements Comprehend the existing market conditions and trends to advise accordingly Review and develop efficiencies within the talent acquisition process Ensure that emphasis is placed upon ED&I Coach and develop hiring managers to ensure the best talent acquisition outcomes Proactively promote the organisation's branding and EVP with external and internal stakeholders Positively contribute to networking events Ensure the best candidate experience and management This position will commence on an immediate basis, and therefore it is essential that you have no notice period to offer. You must be able to commit to the opportunity on a temporary to permanent basis.
Aside from your end to end recruitment excellence, you must be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and your ability to proactively create talent pipelines. This position will manage a mixed portfolio of blue, white collar technical and white collar corporate positions.
Permanent salary will be offered between $100,000 - $110,000 + STIP + Super.
