Let's talk about it!Role & Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open jobsPosition briefing to scope requirementsWriting adverts, attracting, and sourcing candidatesProactively source via LinkedIn and talent attraction toolsIn collaboration with the hiring manager write interview guidesSchedule, conduct and manage interviewsExperience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements and classifying positions appropriatelyDevelopment of a talent pool of eligible candidates for all internal positionsAssisting line managers throughout the whole recruitment process acting as true Business Partner.Ensuring the brand is upheld for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of their applicationAssisting with onboarding/induction to ensure a smooth transition into the businessAbout you?Experience in recruitment, Not For Profit experience is desirableExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience managing high volume recruitment activitiesPassionate about people and building quality relationshipsA tertiary qualification in Recruitment and/or Human Resources or a related degree OR strong experience within HR in a customer-focused industryCurrent Class C Driver's LicenceCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainLinkedIn Recruiter experience (Desirable)SEEK Talent Premium experience (Desirable)Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)Who we are?Formerly known as the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith-based organisation serving the people of the Hunter and the Central Coast.We offer a leading Christian presence to our community through our parishes, four schools, Anglican Care and Samaritans.Our vision is for people to flourish because of what we do, inspired by the way of Jesus.We provide a culturally safe environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and welcome all applications.Please submit a cover letter along with your updated resumeYou must have the right to live and work in Australia.Samaritans promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and young people.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Community Services & Development 101-1,000 employeesSamaritans is here to support and help people through tough times.
