Flexible working, head office in North SydneyExcellent opportunity to own the Talent Acquisition function for an established organisation in the Engineering space.Salary to commensurate with experience $100-120K + superWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, who is seeking an opportunity to truly own and refine the recruitment function. Joining a global organisation as a part of the broader HR team, this role will be key as the business continues to grow.
This opportunity suits a confident and experienced recruiter with a flexible approach.
This role will focus on attracting top talent and enhancing our current workforce's skills through effective programs, supporting a strong employer brand and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with our values and goals.
Your responsibilities will include:Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business.Manage end to end recruitment including ad writing, advertising, candidate screening, pre-employment checks, facilitating offers and onboarding.Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers forming a good understanding of their business, structure and cultural fit.Assist in developing career pathing frameworks and personal development plans for employees to promote internal mobility and succession planning.Implementation of HR strategies and functions.Who you are:A minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end in house recruitment, talent development or similar roleExperienced in creating and refining processes, working closely with stakeholders through a consultative approachAble to operate autonomously and confident in managing multiple recruitment processes in tandemStrong team player with great relationship building skills.Experienced in strategic talent poolingThe People & Culture team are expecting continued growth which offers longterm stability and growth.
