About the role DroneShield is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in the Sydney CBD headquarters. We are looking for applicants with extensive experience in rapid scaling of engineering and operations teams. The role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Liaise with relevant DroneShield hiring managers in setting out position requirementsMaintain DroneShield's presence and conducting candidate searches through various platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, Seek and other platformsConducting initial candidate screening and supporting DroneShield hiring managers through the remainder of the hiring processesMaintaining order in ATSConducting reference checksWe are a global business. Stakeholders are located in different time zones (including our Virginia office).
