Your New RoleAs our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in the People & Culture team, managing all aspects of recruitment. Working from both our South Melbourne office and Warehouse in Dandenong South, you will drive attraction and retention strategies, support recruitment for high-volume warehousing positions as well as specialised roles in marketing, sales, finance, and customer service. You'll be instrumental in establishing best practice recruitment processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role balancing day-to-day recruitment with continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to anticipate and meet fluctuating business needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
