We have both permanent and 12 month fixed term positions available in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Key job responsibilitiesPartner with hiring teams to craft innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies that deliver top talent and maximize ROI.Become a master at engaging passive candidates, profiling people, and gauging chemistry to find the perfect fit.Build and nurture a rich network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.Recommend visionary ideas and strategies that fuel our long-term growth and drive continuous improvement.Articulate and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.Conduct insightful interviews that assess candidates against Amazon's Leadership Principles and position requirements.Contribute to special projects and initiatives that elevate our interviewing techniques, talent pipelines, and overall recruiting excellence.A day in the life

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years' experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.The ability to execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, from employer branding to candidate management and interview process optimization.Robust analytical capabilities to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA customer-centric mindset and unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and cost-effective recruiting solutions.Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a laser focus on delivering outstanding business results.Strong consulting and teamwork skills, thriving as both a team leader and collaborative member.Acknowledgement of country:
