This position is aligned to the SICS business unit and is responsible for delivering end to end recruitment of new SICS team members.
This encompasses hiring permanent and max-term SICS staff.What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to reactively solve workforce movements that result in talent acquisition efforts.Deliver end to end recruitment for critical reactive roles as required by capacity, urgency, and importance.Develop relationships and engage with hiring managers to ensure demands are qualified appropriately and keep them informed.Support and leverage Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists in generating candidate pipelines.What you'll bringExperience in internal Talent Acquisition or in high-quality agency recruitment.Strong capability to proactively source talent across channels, reducing reliance on advertisements.Skilled at presenting opportunities & organisational capability without overpromising.Honest & open communication mindset.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure right outcomes for the SICS unit & for our new hires.Experience utilising data to drive insights - knowledge of PowerBI and Excel (desired).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.Why work for us?Working for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit means every day you will be enabling our communities to thrive.
