As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for high volume hiring needs across multiple business unitsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plansDevelop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract talentContinuously analyse and evaluate recruitment processes to identify opportunities for improvementBe an active part of ongoing projectsThe Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have a strong track record with volume recruitment and possess;
