About the Role: As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of academic and non-academic roles. Your expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and relationship building will ensure that our client continues to attract the best candidates in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.Utilize a range of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit with the university's culture and values.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Stay informed of trends and best practices in higher education recruitment, and continually refine your approach to stay ahead of the competition.About You: Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the higher education sector or a similar environment.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a passion for finding the right fit for each role.Why Join?
