In this newly created role you will report to the Senior Talent Manager leading the strategies and initiatives in attracting and employing First Nations employees, through engagement of partnerships, communities and online recruitment channels.
You will be a key member of the Talent team working collaboratively with the team as a talent specialist across the full recruitment life cycle providing key support to our Group businesses during peak times and demands across the business.
This role will offer a hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to work from our Sydney CBD and/or Sydney Olympic Park offices and from home.
What You will Bring
End to end talent acquisition experience in a medium/large organisation along with experience working with, engaging and supporting, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
Previous experience working on a RAP, specifically in relation to employment initiatives.
An ability to manage relationships and foster positive partnerships both internally and externally as well as a willingness to proactively manage employment partnerships and initiatives which involve First Nations people.
High degree of organisation and time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and experience with talent software platforms using Smart Recruiters and/or another recruitment system.
