As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals.
You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.
To be a successful Talent Partner at Wisetech you will have:8+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, finance focused environmentExperience in an in-house recruitment environmentProven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsExperience collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidatesExperience identifying trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvementsDetail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talentStrong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelinesKnowledge of the Financial market in Australia is highly beneficialBefore You Apply:From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
