We are looking to bring on board a passionate Human Resources professional to help us in our journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a regional talent acquisition team and partner with business leaders to attract and recruit top talents. This role will support the HR Lead, Australia, and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia Pacific & Europe.Key responsibilities of this role are:Ensure 1st class end-to-end recruiting process and an exceptional hiring manager & candidate experience.Recruit talents across all functions for our Australia operation.Partner with business to identify talent attraction strategy and anticipate recruitment plan.Create and execute an efficient and effective sourcing strategy that delivers the best and most diverse talent.Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate skills and competencies.Deliver written candidate profiles and search status reports regarding the interview process as well as the assessment of candidates.Provide substantive and competency-based feedback in a timely manner to all candidates to ensure quality candidate experience.Manage hiring activities and regular update of the recruitment system.Represent positively and differentiate the AXA XL employment brand in the talent marketplace.Promote an employer's image and values through social media identity, value, and distinction from their competitors.Develop and maintain relevant market intelligence and regularly share that intelligence with business leaders to inform optimal business and talent decisions.Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding journey of new joiners.Support recruitment-related administrative tasks if required.Participate in regional projects with international team to improve talent acquisition practice and process.Act as subject matter expert for Australia in talent landscape, market practice.We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Proven recruiting experience in either agency or corporation, Insurance industry is preferred.Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus, equity).Ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy.A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business context.Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing, and negotiation skills.AXA XL is committed to equal employment opportunity and will consider applicants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity and origins, marital status, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.AXA XL is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any colleague or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status or any other category protected by local law.
