Job Summary:
The position will provide an effective sourcing and administrative process to support the Talent Acquisition Partners across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia (AS) region.
This role will manage onboarding coordination with candidates and different internal stakeholders and data management reporting as required which will enable TA Partners/Consultants to focus on core end to end recruiting, process improvements and strategic innovations.
On top of this main task, this role will also assist in the timely updates of the team's Job Instructions, facilitating team trainings and active support in process improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide constant and consistent support to the AS Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders to identify, connect and engage with A level talent across the region.
Become the sourcing guru, master and lead the talent search efforts using a variety of tools and methods.
Be the image of the company in front of candidates, demonstrate our vision and values.
Talent Pool Management – develop, implement and maintain talent pipelines for key roles in the region.
Share Market Intelligence data - be the eyes and ears of the candidate market and provide advice for the Central Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders.
Offer administrative support to the Central Talent Acquisition team and HR Leaders on recruitment related matters.
Process expertise, process improvement support and team training support; Make sure that all process documents are complete and updated regularly.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Must have 5+ years of Sourcing / Talent Acquisition experience within a professional services sector or similar recruitment environment (Agency, Headhunting or In-House), ideally with volume recruitment experience within APAC.
Strong sourcing background in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia) ideally in IT/electronics manufacturing company.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills; SharePoint knowledge will be a plus.
Ability to manage multiple systems such as: ATS/CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level.
