The opportunity We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Schedule Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month contract, reporting to the AUSPAC head of Talent. As our Talent Acquisition Schedule Coordinator, you will support talent operations by ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Your role will include managing the Recruitment inbox, conducting compliance checks, generating contracts, compiling reports, and assisting with Workday system changes, UAT and upgrades.
Your new role Your day-to-day duties may also include:
Completing administrative duties to support the full recruitment cycle including creating employment documents, managing background checks and supporting the onboarding process.
Providing timely, personalised and quality support by managing, evaluating and troubleshooting talent management system and compliance matters, quickly interpreting situations, identifying escalation points and coordinating and communicating resolutions.
Acting as a Workday super user, providing technical support and running UAT as required during any upgrade or process change.
Conducting audits of recruitment files and communicating necessary changes and action items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes.
Supporting the TA team with screening and Adhoc admin as required and working closely with our GSSC team in the Philippines.
About you With exceptional administration skills, you will have a passion for delivering a personalised and quality service and an enthusiastic approach to teamwork. Along with a self-motivated and conscientious approach, you will also have:
Intermediate proficiency in the use of a Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as an innate ability to pick up new systems quickly.
An ability to establish a high degree of trust and credibility with stakeholders.
Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills along with strong attention to detail.
An ability to successfully deliver results, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
