As a Technical Recruiter at Blinq, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our diverse and rapidly scaling technical teams including software, platform, site reliability, data engineering, and security roles. This position is key to sourcing and attracting the best talent to meet our expansive technical hiring needs, ensuring candidates align with our innovative culture and values. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill vacancies promptly and effectively, fostering our company's growth and tech-driven mission.
This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne office.
What You Will Do Collaborate with internal hiring managers to determine recruitment priorities and plans. Full-cycle recruitment from advertising jobs, to sourcing, conducting recruiter screens, and candidate management through to onboarding. Utilise various sourcing methods like direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking to attract a diverse talent pool. Draft and refine job descriptions and salary packages based on market research and internal benchmarks. Initiate and drive new talent acquisition strategies and programmes to enhance our recruitment processes. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology company, ideally with some experience within start-up and/or scaleup. Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders. Characteristics: Must be a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for tech recruitment. Requirements: Familiarity with modern recruitment tools including Lever and BambooHR; full Australian working rights is a must.
