HR Partners by Randstad is partnering with an Australian market strong retailer needing an immediately available TA Partner who can hit the ground running for a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and dynamic recruitment specialist to join a great Australian organisation's talent team based in Macquarie Park and has the potential to go permanent.As a Talent Partner, you will be a key contributor to this organisation's recruitment strategy, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
You will work closely with hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and align talent with business needs.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:You will be responsible for a portfolio, and you will partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.Full 360 recruitment: manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Strong stakeholder relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Utilise innovative and proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company as an employer of choice.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure hiring goals are met.Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Requirements:4-5 years of recruitment experience in internal and/or agency.Experience working in high volume recruitment of up to 25 roles at a time.Excellent time management and ability to manage a fast-paced environment.Ideally, FMCG or Retail recruitment industry experience recruiting mixed workforce roles.Great at building relationships, proactive, with an excellent can-do attitude, agile, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to think outside the box.Proactive sourcing experience via LinkedIn or Seek is a must.Benefits:This is a fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.Hybrid/Flexible work arrangement.Be in a team with a great leader and organisational culture.Exciting organisation discounts and benefits.If this sounds like your next career move, please apply using the apply links or send your expression of interest and CV to Cassandra Baines via email: ******.
