About Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrison.ai, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our ambitious growth plans across the Harrison.ai group of companies. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders around the globe to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
What You'll Do: Crafting and executing recruitment strategies that help us expand our footprint across key global markets such as UK, EU, and broader APAC,Running the full recruitment cycle - from initial conversations to celebrating accepted offers for a broad range of disciplines such as Engineering, Clinical Research and GTM teams,Getting creative with sourcing strategies and building meaningful relationships with candidates,Using your expertise with recruitment tools and data to make smart hiring decisions,Building and engaging diverse talent pools that reflect the communities we serve, andKeeping your finger on the pulse of recruitment trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.What You'll Bring: Prior experience in talent acquisition (3+ years),Demonstrated track record of positive candidate/customer experience,Comfort with modern recruitment tools and a data-driven mindset,Proven examples of employer and/or talent branding initiatives (open to seeing anything ranging from regular social media posts through to full talent marketing plans),The ability to build trust and rapport across different cultures and backgrounds, andThe adaptability and proactivity to thrive in our fast-paced environment.Nice To Haves: Experience in healthcare, technology or AI, andKnowledge of hiring practices outside of Australia.Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 a year
