THE ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our business. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create a seamless recruitment experience. A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail, will be key to your success in this role.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job ads, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and proactive communication.Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to provide a seamless candidate experience.Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at each stage of the hiring process.Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes.Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Collaborate with the HR team to uphold a high-quality candidate experience and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes.Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide regular updates on hiring progress to identify insights and areas for improvement.
