We are currently searching for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, supporting the Investment Management and Functions business units, playing a pivotal role in shaping our high performing and market leading workforce.
Our investment professionals manage approximately $48 billion globally in property assets across a variety of sectors including office, retail, industrial, built-to-rent, innovation precincts and more.
You will own the talent acquisition process in your aligned business unit, balancing the importance of providing an exceptional candidate experience, with supporting and managing business priorities. Leveraging data, market insights and advanced talent management software, you will strategically source talent, delivering value and advice to internal stakeholder's and the broader business.
Your key responsibilities will include: Full-Cycle Recruitment : Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling and sourcing, to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy: Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. Partner with senior leaders to develop market maps, collate insights and recruit for critical roles
Candidate Assessment: Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Employer Branding: Contributing to the enhancement of our employer brand by creating compelling job advertisements, social media presence, industry profile and engaging recruitment marketing content.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilising recruitment metrics and analytics to provide insights into hiring trends, identifying areas for improvement, and driving data-driven decisions.
Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach to talent acquisition
About you: Experience in an internal recruitment environment that focuses on strong business partnering, within large, complex organisations
Experience recruiting within finance/corporate would be beneficial
Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior leaders
A strategic thinker who can think outside the box , solution for the business
Comfortable working with data, interpreting information to deliver insights, using data to drive decisions
A resilient and positive attitude & approach, able to work through large scale transformation, driving change adoption.
A good understanding of implementing D&I initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Preferred experience recruiting within Investments: Funds, Asset Management and Retail, but not essential
