Our client in Port Hedland is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
In this role, you'll collaborate with managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic and effective recruitment efforts.
You'll focus on building talent pipelines, identifying top talent, and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals and values.
From managing day-to-day recruitment processes to ensuring data accuracy and consistent communication, your attention to detail will be key to success.

What You'll Do Partner with leaders to guide and support recruitment strategies.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines.
Ensure seamless recruitment processes, including pre-employment documentation and candidate communication.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Cert IV in Human Resource Management, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
A National Police Clearance.
A valid 'C' class driver's license.
The right to work in Australia.
