CAPDA has a requirement for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our small, focused and professional consulting company where first impressions count.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and Business Development team to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them to suitable job opportunities and clients.
Maintain candidate notes, records, and internal CRM systems.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Help build and maintain our passive pipeline.
Collaborate with Recruitment Manager to achieve recruitment targets and business goals.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably across Professional Services or Australian Government.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Sound understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
